Science Fair
The science fair: an exciting event that encourages students
to think like young scientists.
Design a science project: that uses the
scientific method to solve a problem.
The project is
due: Tuesday March 20th.
Students will be
displaying their projects to the school on March 23rd.
I ask that you
encourage your child and monitor his or her progress along the way.
Your support is key to a successful project, but please encourage student
independence in this project to promote student critical thinking and learning!
It is important that your child wrestle with problems and try to solve them.
Guide your child whenever and wherever you can, but let the final project
reflect your child's individual effort and design.
Provided and sent home: project
ideas, guidelines, science fair packet, and display labels.
